Simply select all the grocery items that you require and securely pay for them online. Orders above $49 are delivered at no additional cost. Orders less than $49 incur a delivery fee of $10.
All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 days. Should you require a priority delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note on check out or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a sales rep would love to assist.
There is no additional fees for orders which are $49 or above. All orders below $49 incur a delivery fee of $10.
All orders are delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 3 days before 7:30pm. Once your order is received, you’re contacted within a few hours to confirm the day and time of the delivery. You’re most welcome to get in touch with us directly with your order number at email@example.com or on 03 83822900 for a faster response.
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, we treat it as an unattended delivery and leave it on your door front (or a secure place deemed by our drivers). If you’re ordering frozen or refrigerated items, it’s best to be at home when the goods arrive as their temperatures should be maintained for optimum quality.
There are no cutoff time to order. You can order any day and any time. Your groceries are delivered to you within 1 to 3 days. You’re wanting a priority delivery (i.e. within 24 hours) please add this to your notes on checkout and a sales rep will call you to work something out!
Frozen or refrigerated goods are delivered in a coolbox to ensure the items are delivered at the optimum temperature. We take special care to ensure your items are delivered to you fresh!
If you’re purchasing more than 10pcs of the same item, we consider it a bulk order. Bulk orders are not treated the same as a standard order. Please allow between 4 to 7 days for us deliver bulk orders. There are no additional charges however the delay is caused due to maintaining stock levels and ensuring our customers are given the best service we can .
