ADDITIONAL SAFETY STEPS TO PLACE YOUR GROCERIES IN A SAFE PLACE
Want to know how your groceries will be handled?
All your grocery orders will be packed into recycled card board boxes and will be kept at your doorstep. Our delivery executives will ring a bell and leave. Please let us know in the "Delivery Notes" section if you'd prefer us not to ring the bell or if you have any other additional precautionary steps for us.
STAY HOME. STAY SAFE.
OPTING TO PAY CASH ON DELIVERY
We know you prefer cash on delivery as a payment option, however, Cash on Delivery has been temporarily suspended by us due to COVID-19 to ensure safety of our delivery executives, we hope you understand and will help us in maintaining the well-being of fellow Victorians!
We realise that way ahead is not easy, but following some guidelines will surely bring back the good times sooner!
KEEPING THE WAREHOUSE CLEAN
Our warehouse is the place where all the food and products are stored, and it is being cleaned and sanitized frequently to ensure that all stored products are safe!

Our team members are our pillars and are working in this period to provide you with your daily utilities. We ensure you that they go through a temperature check daily before starting work and once again before leaving for your deliveries. Furthermore, delivery executives wear a mask and a pair of hand gloves to ensure your safety. Hence rest assured, that your goods are being handled in a clean, safe environment.
TAKING EXTRA MEASURES
We are playing our part and can only suggest you to do yours in this time revolving around the pandemic.
