To cook 1.6kg meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste. Mix with 1tsp ginger garlic paste. Add salt and 4tsp strained curd. Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture. Keep aside for an hour. Heat 4tbsp of oil. Fry till crisp 2 sliced onions. Add marinated meat, 50g Aachi meat masala. Stir for 5 mins. Add 2 cups water and required amount of salt. Pressure cook for 10 mins. Now tasty hot Aachi Meat Curry is ready to serve!
