Recipe / Preparation:
Preparation for 750g of fish. Clean the fish thoroughly. Take a kadai (wok) and pour sufficient oil, saute onions, tomatoes, garlic & add required Tamarind juice. Take 50g of Aachi Fish curry masala and dissolve it in water and pour into Kadai (wok). When the curry is well boiled, add cleaned fish and required salt. After the fish has been cooked, add fresh curry leaves. Tasty Aachi fish curry is now ready to serve.
