Recipe / Preparation:
Mix 1kg of boneless Chicken pieces with 50g of Aachi Chicken 65 Masala, 3-4 drops of vinegar, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and required amount of salt. Mix well and keep aside for an hour. Deep fry chicken pieceson low flame. Tasty Chicken 65 is ready to serve. This masala may also be used for preparing chilli gobi (Cauliflower), Chilli mushroom and Chilli baby corn.
